So the rumors are true, another night game. As a reminder, the lot opens at noon so we will do our best to be up and running sometime after 2pm. If you come before that time you will be put to work on the setup process.

Speaking of coming early, if you are bored and want to help make sure we get our spot, we need a few people to come at 11:30 to walk in to stand in our spots. The more the merrier, and more importantly, the more likely to hold off others from taking our spots. As soon as we get parked you are welcome to bail and come back later.

Now the important bit of news, the main course for the tailgate is the annual Italian Beef Sandwiches from Chicago. So be sure to signup early as we have to order things to be driven up on Friday. Help us out and signup by Wednesday at 5pm.

As always, the contribution covers the main course and pop and water along with other supplies and misc. tailgate items. Also know that your contribution helps toward things like propane for the grills and heaters that we will likely need this week since the weather will be a bit chilly during the game for those who stay out at the tailgate.

Sign up if you would like to take part in the Atwater beer from Detroit and the hard seller from War Water brewery in St. Clair. You will see other items to sign up for if that makes your side/dessert contribution easier, especially for those coming from out of town.

After 2 road games it is time to bring the game back to the Big House. The Fox Big Noon Kickoff show is also returning to Ann Arbor for the game. We hope that they setup at Pioneer again so we will not have disruptions to our tailgate location.

For the Penn State game we are planning cheesesteaks and fries for the main course. Since we are once again ordering the food we need people to signup before Wednesday at noon. We are in prime tailgate food games so we appreciate everyone understanding the additional costs going forward. We are still sorting out the costs and are planning on $15 per adult tailgate, and keeping kids at $10. More details coming soon. Be sure to bring an appropriate side dish(es) or dessert(s) for your group.
